2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
When i join in this city i started a working in a LSPD,from this organization i got a big experience i learned everything rules and how to all legal orgs are working.then when i got 10 (lvl) i tried to join in the FIB i filed many times Interview because i needed more experience so just i continued my hard working : I learned all gen rules,state rules and other other things and in some weeks i passed a Interview,it was best day in my life.so after this in some days with my hard working i got rank up i was FA 1 and i got DHOD UC in some days it was a brilliant so i said this story because i want to say i know how this organization working i know everything about this org because i have a experience i know all gen rules,GZ rules,rules of leader and other things so i am ready to be a director of this fantastic org,i know this is a very responsible thing but i will do my best.Now i want to talk about my experience so in this city {EN 1} i was in the FIB {DHOD UC}, LSPD {Captain SWAT and LT of the HR}, SAHP {HC of the SWAT} and in another city {EN 2} i was FIB {HOD IA},NG {General}, SAHP {FTO HC} so i have a experience in all dep and i was a HC of this all dep so i know how they are working, i know how u need to work when u are a leader because as i said i was a General of the NG and it was very hard but i was doing my best and now i will work very hard, i will do my best in this org and i think it will be a good term (i will try).
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
So first i want to talk about how i will improve a rp when i will be a Director of the FIB. First in my term i will invite the people who knows all rp rules and situations,if someone does not know any rule they can not join idc if the is my (FIREND). Second i will select the people as a HC members who knows all tp rules,rp situations,who have a communication skills and who have a experience.
And last i want to talk about the departaments, how they will work :
1) Human resources (HR) :
This dep members they will work very hard,they will check the applications,they will take a Interview from a people and they will make a training a JR agents so this dep will be a very active.
2) Internal Affairs (IA) :
This dep will check the agents logs,they will check if any agent is breaking any rule and they will request a bodycames too so they will check if agents are doing everything correctly but if agent is breaking any Gen Rule (PG,MG and other things) this agent will get a strike from IA departament members,so this departament will help our org to do not get a any warning by gods (Admins).
3) Spec Ops :
This dep will make a special operations,they will arrest a wanted criminals and they will destroy canabies too so this dep will help our org too.
4) Undercover(UC) :
This Dep will work our org to take a evidences about the gang and families, they will take a evidences about the gangs when they are doing any crime and this evidences will help to raid a gangs. (in my opinion UC is e best Dep)
