Backstory:
Lucas was borned and raised in oslo with his mother lin hollow. At a young age Lucas had to learn to take care of himself, his dad was a corrupt cop so he was not really around and his mum was a junkie. Lucas never really cared about school so when he got older he started going in his mum's footsteps, he met a group of boys that was selling drugs and made good money so Lucas joined them. He was selling drugs for a while without getting caught but he got to a point when he was so paranoid he was going to get arrested so he left everything behind and moved to Los santos. Lucas still had enough money to enroll in the police academy and started his new life as a cop.
A year later he realized that cops don't make a lot so he did like his dad, started taking brides, guns and drugs to sell and he was making a lot doing this.
Outcomes:
1: Lucas can take bribes up to 100k
2: Lucas can fight in a 2v1 cause of his fighting experience
3: Lucas can get evidence from his friends in gangs.
4: Lucas can give info to his friends in gangs in exchage for 50k
