Experience


Throughout my experience in the city, I have came across a lot of people and organizations and a lot of High Command ranks in pretty much all the organizations besides NG. I think that my experience should be the key and leading point in which FiB is going to get back on its standard.

I was always passionate about my LEO career because I have found my true character in enforcing laws. Starting from Cadet and going through almost all positions that are available I have collected many experiences that has helped me grow.

UNUSED POTENTIAL

So few things I have noticed in FiB is that people are usually just going to the ATM robbery and not doing as much undercover or special work. I would like to change that, I think that the full potential of the organization is the key to preventing crime in this city, there is a lot of people that could use and utilize the points that I just mentioned not only the LEO but the citizens aswell. The next thing is people not responding to the FiB Hall, lets's say someone is coming to report a crime if he needs to wait 10-20 minutes, most certainly he is not going to report anything and he will just continue with their day, instead of reporting it.

EVENTS

FiB has always been known as the elite organization and leading group at every event, therefore we need to show the integrity of the Org. I think that having 50-60 people in the city and only a few at the event is not really the best image for the organization, I would try to implement some punishments for not going to the events and only collecting paycheck. And I would try to run as many activity checks as possible to keep the track of the most active people and reward them with bonuses.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.

1. JTTF


JTTF in my opinion is the Division that has a lot of potentials to prove the skills and knowledge of agents. Only the best of the best should be invited in this division and should always continue to grow and train people to become beasts and resolve all Terrorist and High-Risk undercover work.

2. Teamwork

Teamwork as I mention in every application is one of the most important things because it builds strong employee relationships because the more employees work close to each other, the more they get to know each other and develop a liking for each other. The more they work together, the more they learn and learn to live with each other’s likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses. When they work together for a long time, the team naturally becomes more collaborative, and this leads to a more enjoyable work environment for everyone. As I could have noticed in the previous terms team didn't really work around one thing, everybody was just kind of off minding their own business and not working as a ONE. I believe that most of you will agree with me that if a team of people takes something to work on they will do it more efficiently and quicker. Than Individual person alone.

3. Corruption


I will personally aim and set my goal to get the corruption rate to 0. Corruption is what leads to disaster and what ruins the integrity of an organization such as LSPD. Because people will know that they can bribe and pay for their way out but that will only lead to a bigger problem and more crime in the city. I will work with special units from other organization and their departments to make sure that nothing gets passed undetected. People caught doing something corrupt will instantly get dismissed and blacklisted from the organization.

4. Utilisation of / commands

I would try to implement as much /me, do, try commands because it is very important for proper RP work.


5. Black Market

I think that Black Market raids are very important for keeping the city a safer place, I would try to utilize every opportunity that I have to keep Black Market clear. I would have at least 1 or 2 Undercover agents at the black market so they could pottentionaly gain trust in criminals' eyes and get us some of the information of the sources.

6. Training

I believe that training with other Orgs won't only benefit us it will also benefit the other organizations. And a lot of trusts could be gained between orgs.
