2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- Ballas has always in the most recent year been known as one of the strongest gangs in the community. Since January, Ballas has been my primary gang where I had the opportunity to witness the several leaders and therefor gained experience from the very best. A strong gang in my opinion has a team where mutual respect between members of the team and management which is what I want to achieve. I have a team that value one another's contributions and skill sets. Having a team allows people with different strengths. This would secure an extreme high level turf and event wise and obviously, this would make Ballas the dominating gang in the community.
- In order to have a gang that performs on a high level, a strong team behind is necessary. I have deputies from different time zones that would enforce activity event wise. Each deputy that I have asked to join my team, has a different set of skills. FZ’s and Battleship are events that we would try hard as a loaded warehouse is crucial for a gang. In my past experience, I noticed that all loot would then be delivered to the gang warehouse and high ranks would have the opportunity to take the better guns and armors while the lower ranks - the ones putting in the most effort, wouldn’t experience getting to a point where they had a rank which allowed them to take armors. This is why I want a gang where everyone has an opportunity to climb the ladder in ranks, gain experience and most importantly - have a good time. Lastly, I have a turf team that has set a goal to achieve 100% in turfs, as it has been almost forever since that Ballas achieved this.
- I want to implement a recruitment system followed by a promotion/demotion/strike system which would motivate the members to abide by the rules of the server. Many rules are daily broken which has led to several gangs disbanding, due to the fact that the recruitment process is poorly done. With this said, my team and I would prioritize quality over quantity by being selective when recruiting. As of today, many gangs simply just ask a potential recruit 2-3 questions related to the ghetto rules and allows them to the gang. My gang would have an advanced recruitment process, where new members would be interviewed and then begin at a probationary period and then advance is ranks.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Advanced recruitment process that would only allow the best into Ballas
- Promotion ceremonies which would enforce a strict ranking system, in order to motivate the dedication to your organization.
- Proper IC content with the other organizations in the city. RP situations regarding gang alliances, proper hostage situations, public relations with media to promote
awareness of the gang community and more.
- Implement a bonus system for members to motivate them pulling up to the many events throughout the day
- Members of my team has media experience and we plan to stream RP-content to promote the crime-community in the city.
