Rejected Wrong VDM given to me

team i just park my car near SHAP atm and deposit my money and drive back to my work on this time one of officer came to mideal of road so my car heat to this office only one times .. only for this reason i given as VDM and 120 min jail ... that is not justified so kindly recheck the same.
