So I logged on today, and seen our unofficial status was removed. We have had 0 family warnings and I have had 0 punishments and am not banned of course. Apparently it was removed and I quote
“Your unofficial got removed by the higher ups for having cheaters in your family were participating in family war.”
But I created the family maybe 2 weeks ago so we couldn’t have participated in a family war, and not sure how we would be punished for something someone did In another family.
After telling the admin the above statement I was told and I quote
“It is what it is, you were having cheater in your family = your unofficial got removed”
I am confused as this is not in unofficial rules, although I am not opposed to getting rid of cheaters, I don’t like the idea of all family’s losing unoffical for the mistake of a random individual that is not a leader, and prob has very little hours in my family. There have been many instances of other family’s that currently have unoffical that have had people banned for cheats as recent as yesterday yet we were the only ones who got it removed. I won’t sit here and make a list of the recent cheaters that have been banned that are in family’s that DO have unoffical currently, just would like to know if we can have ours back.
