You're metagaming him and shooting someone who was literally your gang member a day ago , he's on a warning and you start shooting him for no reason when he's screwing around with other friends. You were told by your higher ups to stop shooting him but instead of listening to them and respecting them , you decided to argue and think you had the right to shoot him in hq even when you were told not to.
