that is literally ghetto i can kill you there. and if it were in the city and you said you were going to “engage” in a gunfight for the people that I killed youd receive the same punishment as me, don’t stop rule breakers by breaking rules, but either way it’s not breaking rules you’re still in ghetto so I’m allowed to kill you
