Not seen in the POV, but was RPing with a person about selling him certain items. Guy set the location, went to meet him.
POV starts immediately from the point I met him and was killed on the spot. Continued to record in case I get mercy killed, which is not allowed. And I was. (Sorry about the background noise in POV.)

General rule - 6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN

1. The POV I provided is 1:18 long.
2. I was firstly killed at the very start. And at 1:11 I get mercy killed. From the start of the situation (when I was firstly killed) to the point I was mercy killed, there is whole 1 minute and 11 seconds of POV. About what was happening around etc. The person I am making a complaint about, didn't even roleplay as you can see. Saying "I'm sorry" before mercy killing me, because he wasn't able to pickpocket me (the diamonds I wanted to sell to him) or steal my car, doesn't make the situation to look a lot better for this person I am accusing of breaking the gen. rule 6.13.

I do not have more to provide and I posted the POV thinking that it is even more than 1 minute long, and that it would be enough. And as I said, there is 1 minute and 11 seconds between him killing me and mercy killing me. In that time you can clearly see, there is not any explicit roleplay about maybe the reason why he mercy kills me and so on. In my opinion, saying "I'm sorry" just before doing that, doesn't count as an explicit/extended roleplay of the situation. No reason mentioned, nothing.
