GR 6.16 states you have to have 2 cars and 4 players to stop someone. In the body came he was already stopped and sitting and we got out and robbed him didn’t even rob him actually I then told him he could get back in his car and have a nice day because we didn’t even want to take anything from him he could’ve drove off if he wanted to so why do we get a warning for that.
