Early life:
Born in a poor household Bucky’s life was never easy. He resided in a ghetto region which made him used to the noises of gun shoots every night at the dinner table. Seeing his family suffer everyday due to low family income he know that he one day had to become rich else his life would be same as it was. To become rich and come out of poverty he decided to move to a place where most dreams are fulfilled yes to Los Santos, San Andreas
Before Police Academy:
He moved to Los Santos just at the age of 13 years old and to fill his stomach he started of with working at Farms and Power Plants. He made few friends there who brought him into the gangster culture in greed of money. He deep inside knew that he shouldn’t do this but he had family to feed so he didn’t regret it at that time.
Joining Police academy:
His friends in gangs were involved in forgery of documents and helped people get out the country and also get into a Law Enforcement Organization. He thought this was his chance and could get a job with high paycheck and also could bring his family out of poverty so he requested them to create his new Identity and get him into San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). He learned many new things there and also he has mutual friends in that SAHP who helped him learn new things. Soon he decided to join FIB so that he could earn more and move his family into San Andreas. There he achieved a great success and also was appreciated by the High Command for his work in Special Operation department during Robberies. In FIB he saw many corrupt officers helping their friends get out of jail which made him furious. He wanted to do something but he couldn’t cause they were his senior officers and if he took any step against them he could end up losing his job. He decided that he would also become a corrupt officer and help his friends who had made him come to a spot where he alone wouldn’t.
Working in SAHP:
He was achieving success in his life everything was great and his family also moved in San Andreas. Now this was the time that his friends becomes the new Sherriff of SAHP and so Bucky was offered a job there as the Chief of Detectives Department hearing which he was very happy and decided to join SAHP under Sherriff Mathew Jane. He decided that know that he is a High Command Officer in SAHP he could also become a corrupt officer and earn a lot of money by charging prisoners and law breakers to escape from being detained. He would soon earn a lot of money also decided to move in big mansions of Vinewood Hills where all the rich people resided.

- Bucky has equipped his spectacles with a small camera which works at all times and records anything that happened 5 minutes ago.
- Bucky is not afraid of two or less people, he can easily take them out using his skills he learned so far in FIB.
- When Bucky picks up weapons dropped by enemies and keeps it for himself to use it for his own use.
- Bucky usually drives SUV which he can drive off road due to high ground clearance.
- Bucky does drugs which he uses to relax his mind when in stress or take his mind on other level when he’s happy.
- Bucky can go and help his family in a store robbery by becoming a hostage and also giving Intel on who is on patrol and make them a hostage.
- Bucky can free prisoners from DOC when no-one is around for a reasonable bribe from till 100.000. He also is ready to become a hostage for a good amount of money.
