this is my post that got denied:

So at the POV you can see clearly that the driver drove his vehicle in front of me then circled back to me just to VDM me, and after that he took left again (to go back to the same road he was going to before).

Please tell me how can this situation be called an accident?

I would say it again just to make sure I am clarifying my self, you can see that he passed in front of me so it means that he knew for sure that I would be there after he circled back less than 5 seconds after passing me.

YThere is no VDM<, u where driving ur BMX in middle of road where accidently where hit by car
there is no VDFM in those actions, no one made it from specials intentions
