1) As per rules, I'm made to understand that one cannot use third party VoIP software/ ooc communication of any form during an IC situation. So that's metagaming/ mixing.
2) We complied to their demands after his dudes showed up and we were leaving, as seen in his PoV. And around 1:40-1:42, you see one of his dudes shoot us even though we were complying to their demands - another offense.(ID 206530)

From this we can infer that they shot us first, and when we turned the corner, we thought we could use the opportunity and pick them off one by one.

There's no other evidence lmao. Anyway, thanks for your time and involvement in RPing with the Menace family. Sad that you got Phuc'd.

It's not provoking, it's not the full POV I guess. My friend 177155 had seen an advert or something saying that house was for sale, we came to look at it. We said it seemed too expensive, which is something the guy posting the complaint confirms. And then he starts telling us to leave and says some pretty rude stuff. And I'm ICly just talking smack back cuz I RP a gangster and it is realistic of me to talk smack back and not take his insults like a sitting duck, especially considering there's two of us.

The fact that there's a provoking rule also indicates one must be aware of consequences of one's actions. You can't just talk shit to random people and expect them to just walk away.

And fear RP is RPing fear for your life, we were talking shit to him when he was alone, when his friends came up because of his OOC backup and started pointing guns at us, we RPed fear, we left. But then we thought we could pick them off one by one from the side. Happens in real life too when you get an adrenaline rush, you start thinking about doing shit that might seem stupid to a normal person.

lmao what rule states we can't try to fight back? In fact they shot in air and on the ground? Check multiple times between 1:41-1:42. Pause and watch the footage clearly, you see sparks rendering on your screen as well, from off the car. And that's what happened on my screen as well. If your guy hadn't shot the car despite us complying, we wouldn't clap you.

I think you're the one that's supposed to read the rule.

You might have missed this for a few reasons namely, you're fabricating claims, you can't read properly or you're plain dumb.

The rule you've quoted is for NLR, and you're reporting us for Fear RP while self-reporting for mixing and having your gang members break the rule wherein they're shooting at us despite us following demands.

Your pov doesn't prove shit beyond the rules you're breaking yourself.

And you're the leader of an unofficial org? You're bringing the RP standards of GrandRP's high RP down. You should know the rules and understand them properly yourself mate. There are GrandRP servers with other languages as well, maybe choose one where you can communicate better and read the rules.

And your friend did indeed shoot our car and not the ground. Not our fault if his aim is so bad that he intended to shoot the ground but shot us.

Maybe that's why you guys got clapped and not because of a rule break. So stop being salty.
