Dean Was born Manchester/England, From a young age Dean struggled with his anger this is due to all of the abuse he received as a child. Because of this dean went down the wrong path and joined gangs where he thought he would fit in. Dean was a quick learner, being able to pick up skills in robbing, negotiating, and shooting to say the least. He mastered his skills while on the streets, learning as much as he could about that entire side of the law.
As Dean got older he realised there is much more to life than this, This is where he met Hank who brought him into the FIB with open arms. At first Dean struggled with his new life however he had always been a quick learner and adapted to his new setting, A few months past and Dean was excelling at FIB, He had perfected his skills of negotiating and dealing with gang members / Wanted Criminals.
