2. I have experience in other organizations like LSPD and SAHP.
3. I also have communications with many people in other organizations.

Your advice for improving the roleplay level in an organization

1. I would try to make the org run itself.
2. I can clear up any grey areas inside the org and have a clear outline for each division
3. Giving military police more power by letting them roll with Lspd and SAHP
4. Give more training to privates and help them with common issues
5. Have lower ranks earn a promotions
6. Add shooting range as part of training
7. hope this is enough effort
