Stalling? I got out of the car as soon as one of you point your gun (at the other guy), I opened my animation tabs as soon as you said hands up, and I didn't put my hands up because our team was already there. There's no need for me to stall, and my friend drop the first call before you point a gun at him, you can literally see it in my POV.
