In my footage you can see the black escalade with the luminous rims driving up from behind and the driver hops out and mercy kills the suspect in cuffs. As we catch up to the car we can see the ID of the driver and we follow him a bit more until he eventually enters a event which teleports him into another dimension where we cannot get to him anymore. So he mercy kills and then runs into an event...
