Yesterday we decided to buy the Ace family from the player Afonso Escobar who was asking for 8M for the family, as they have a house with a helipad with a value of 3M.
As the value exceeded 5M, we decided to call staff to find out how we could make this transaction, since in the pass family menu, the family is passed at 0 cost, not being able to enter a value. We asked if we could pay 5M one person and 3M another.
The staffs at the first attempt didn't know how to solve it and said they were going to ask Konig Swayze for a second opinion, when we contacted them the second time they told us how we could do the family transaction.
They were going to employ 1 of us in the family, we were going to deposit the 8M in the family to pay 5% of fees, and then Afonso Escobar would pass the family on to the family menu at 0cost with the family home.

As I had the Maconheiros family, I passed 4.5M to Diogo Hakimi so that he could buy the family.

We merge 8M to Diogo Hakimi's account where he bought the family and we paid 5% of the 8M for the family purchase, as the staff asked us to.
Jessica gave Diogo Hakimi 5M for him to buy the plantation and the train. In which we pay 10% on the 4.5M for the family business passage.
And after I took over the family and became the leader of the family, I returned those same 5 to Jessica.

At the end of the day, i spend 7.5M to change from the leader of Maconheiros to Ace with the new house.
And Diogo spend 1.45M to help me to buy the new Ace family.
And Jessica receive the 5M lent us for 10 minutes.
