Reviewed Resolution from prior ticket

I was told to open another ticket, a couple days ago I was scammed, the ticket was approved and the person would receive punishement but I have not recieved the money back in my account yet . There is more info on the prior ticket. If you could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.
