Approved ID 32744 - Combat Logged - Doesn't comply with police

We were issuing parking tickets in the area after we finished processing someone else at DOC. Player ID 32744 slams into our squad car and runs from us. They lead us on a chase down the street and off the road into a lake. They logged out when we approached them to arrest.

• ID 32744 will receive a punishment for fail RP
• 6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.
