all I did here was arrive at the scene, I never tased him/shot at him, the other officer was giving demands.
I stepped outside my car as you can see on this bodycam, I cuffed and searched him as he was tased by another officer.
(the audio is bugged on the software from my mic, but as u can see I was talking)
