RULE 1.7 The leader of the organization has the right to dismiss employees of his organization if he has lost any confidence in them with the senior curators approval.

ID 36607 is my Alt/Twink Account who has been working in the DOJ for the past 3 months. There was no Jail as punishment but there are no other options for a Forum Post such as this.

I was fired from GOV under Rule for Leaders 1.7 without any reasons given. I have applied to the Governor for legitimate reasons IC but they provided nothing and simply relied on Rule 1.7 for Leaders to do what they had no IC cause or legal grounds to do and had never discussed anything with me beforehand.

Under this Rule Players have no way of defending themselves IC from unfair dismissal or from dealing with false claims about them at their State Organization in any IC way. The use of this Rule simply avoids any form of RP and even avoids the Forums where an Employee could have a chance to post evidence or POV in their defense.

When this Rule is applied Employees of State Organizations also have no way to defend themselves OOC and the matter is not even discussed between them and the ORG Curator. Is this not a matter of an Admin interfering in RP or a matter simply being taken OOC to avoid the RP?

As an Employee I had no Disciplinary Strikes or Warnings (this can be checked in the GOV email discipline channel), and was never Off-Duty when in the City and was always ready to meet with Lawyers and Law Enforcement to advise them in the Court Room and did often. My time in City was reasonable and does not take into account the OOC work I was doing updating and amending the Labour Code (as discussed with the Governor) and the Lawyers Code for the Government.

The problems in the DOJ and with Mafia Paul against GOV have been created following this (DOJ-Problem 1) and (DOJ-Problem 2). There is no-one in DOJ with the necessary experience to have handled the matter correctly, professionally and IC as per the Admins request and prevent the further problems that have happened over the last 48-hours with the DOJ and GOV illegally blocking Lawyers from renewing their legitimate Lawyers Licenses.

You are bringing IC situation to OOC and expect me to solve it. I cannot interfere in the process of you getting fired. Read what the rule 1.7 states. The only thing I will do for you is ask senior curator of state if he approved it. If not org will be punished
