My full pov is as shown in the clip I just posted. Stop with the off topic and toxicity. Where is FIB's jurisdiction? Everywhere. This includes the entire map. Is there any reason for me to NOT be there? No there is not. My reasoning for cuffing you is exactly that which you see in the pov, you were running around with a weapon you were not even under arrest yet I have the right to detain to continue my investigation.
