1.Leader of Ballas.
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific Organization?(List three reasons with explanation).
•Ballas Gang one of the oldest and most famous strongest gang but nowadays I saw other gangs make our Ballas down and i personally don't like it , so I'm thinking of leading it in my own way following every single rule. When I join there is lots of Ballas, so i will make our Ballas like ago , strongest, and even other organisations can afraid of Ballas. My family members was Ballas Leader i got inspired by him , he is a great guy man i really enjoyed. I want to make our Ballas empire grow again with new and strong guys .
• As I said ik everything about gang i will join every Event, will try my best to make our Gang strong. Im friendly so no one having problems communicating me . If im the leader of Ballas it's responsibility is upto me if someone break rule no second chance will be directly blacklisted.
• I will set up and department which will only help in Graffiti as it is the main earning for those who don't have the option to rob,and yeah other team are there. I will set up my recruitment system with the help of our upcoming HC who will take interview and will select them. We will have some 10 questions which people have to say 7 and correctly to get in our gang. I will take people in gang from lvl 13 as people who are new in the city sometimes make mistakes and there is no place of mistake under my guidance or leadership. There will be a trainner who will tell them about Graffiti area .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in Organization.
• We will do hostage situation and Gun store Robbery every single day which can help in improving Rp and our gang members will get some experience and our gang will grow. I will make everyone join Event if they are in city but not joining will call them 5 times after that start giving them strikes ,after 3 strike they get blacklisted from Ballas.
• I have some Personal experience that in gang some people even most of the people don't turn on their body cam on the event even not in the RP situation. So i will make a rule of turning on Bodycam while Robing and Doing any kind of RP situation for their own safety yeah for gang safety too.
• I will choose my HC very wisely who will help out members to grow and learn from here. I will take guarantee that my HC will help them , answer them about their questions . HC are the one who will be the most online as they have to manage most of thing .
