Uzair was born in Los Santos Near Ghetto, Uzair was living with his brother and mother, his father was a great solider, his father was in police but his son(Uzair) was getting towards illegal situations, his brother called Ishan was like his father, A police officer. Uzair was now crossing his limits he also robbed the friends of his brother. Uzair was not spending his all time in clubs drugs and robbing people. his brother ishan always told him to stop doing these things and join police but Uzair never listen to Ishan, One day his mother got sick and after few days she passed away now Uzair was doing Illegal situation more than ever, after 3 months his brother was kidnaped by a gang and told Uzair to pay 100k to get his brother back but, Blaze was a poor guy he was not able to collect the money and paid them, after few days his brother was killed, and Uzair was now depressed, finally he decided to join police to complete his brothers wish.

Uzair Started his career to forget his past and move on, Uzair learned quickly and starts making new friends, all was going well but their was one thing which Uzair feels not good which was his salary, he was getting promotion again and again, then he and some of his lspd friends got transfered to other department their he saw his friends were taking bribes form there suspects to earn more money, after getting transfer back to los santos his criminal mind started again he thought he should also mix his job with corruption, he stated to go on patrol alone, he started to go in ghetto on/of duty, he started to take bribes, he also helped his friends to escape from jail, also he started to rob peoples
