Hello dear Mazhor,
I was permanently banned from the server on 09/27/2022, for general rule §1.3.
First of all, I would like to apologize to the aggrieved Ibo Zlato for my misconduct and resulting damage.
I would still be willing to pay for the damage caused.
About the situation itself, I had made an agreement with Ibo, which stated that Ibo will receive 50% of the BizWar income afterwards.
We settled this agreement via Discord, as Ibo promised I wanted to collect his buisness and always document how much money the company generated in a weekend, however, I was at the time, temporally not able to collect the buisness, so I passed the task to someone else.
At that time, I assumed that the deal with Ibo would be honored and that the Buisness income would always be documented.
As a result, weeks later, we realized that the communication between us was not working and the revenues were not being properly documented.
Our intention, specifically mine, was never to defraud and harm anyone.
We were even willing to pay for the damages, however, I can completely understand the penalty I received.
I have never been in the negative in the past and I hope that this misunderstanding will not be the end of my beautiful Grand time, because I have people on the server who need me as a Turf Leader in the Turf or as a Fam Leader.
Again I apologize for the slip up and hope for a peaceful clarification.
I would be very happy for a 2 chance.
