2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans:A) I had served the LSPD for atleast 4 terms. i left the LSPD after the term of Eklayva thakur as Major of swat. So as HC i had observed alot of things like how we can make LSPD more good and how we can fix the issues of LSPD. during all this time i faced all type of situations and with the helps of my seniors i solved it also and now i think i can handle all things because of my huge old experience.
B) I will make the new application to join LSPD which will be having more rules asking so the only good and experienced can join the LSPD and it will help to make the LSPD more Professional org. New format of Training will be introduced which will include 2 days training to make good officers. More Professional Batch System for PD will be made.
C) We will do special focus on the Parking enforcement department. HC of all Departments will get special Training that how to mange their departments more good and how to handle the issue if they come. only huge experienced Officers will be taken in FTO department to they can do good training of New cadets.
3.Your advice for improving roleplay level in this organization?
Ans: Everyone should follow the protocol. Everyone will get reward of their hardwork for their Org. IA department must be active to Solve the issues of the officers in org and outside the orgs. I will give IA department to those who will be having good communications and good experience as communication is very important Because they are the real representers of the org.
Strict action will be taken against the Selfish person because i want to make LSPD as Very good org and it is impossible without teamwork.
