I just want to see the pov of this guy with id 139262 because I once hit him with my rev and his health was too low and i hit him again but he was not dead. Its in 0:19

53+32 = 85 damage. I was FULL hp when you first shot me, so I still had 15 HP left. No POV required here, just using your own POV.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to deny this report. Your POV shows that everything seems very normal. You did hit him twice and second time it was a 32 damage shot. Also you can see clearly after you shot him first time his HP drained to half.
