The Rough Neck M/C is a 1% motorcycle club formed and based in Los Santos. They can be heard riding their bikes fast, loud, aggressive and in large groups around the city. They wear black leather with a hint of yellow and a mask or bandana to cover their face. They usually smell like they haven't bathed in weeks. They lie, cheat and steal to get an upper advantage. The government has called them scum, but they call it family. The founding members were prior government officials and at some point, got fed up with politics, came together for the love of riding motorcycles, building camaraderie, and making money as a family. This family is very tight knit. The prospect phase is grueling. Often prospects never get patched to become full members. Many hours are spent riding motorcycles, running weapons and ammunition, harvesting their grows and protecting their supply. You should know this family can be your best friend, or your worst enemy.
They are more interested in making money and expanding their numbers than stepping on other's territory. They have more allies than enemy and will befriend any family that can help them succeed in fulfilling their family goals and their quest for excellence. They function with a President and a Vice President, who are in charge and oversee all operations including where the money goes, and investments made for the family.
The Family can often be found attending motorcycle club rides, getting drunk in bars or somewhere secluded in the hills. This family looks out and takes care of what the government would call the "little people'' taking them under their wing and offering success and protection in return for loyalty.

(10) RNMC PRESIDENT- Head Representative of the M/C. Delegates authority,makes decisions for the interest of the club.a recruiter,a problem solver,mentor,thinker and disciplinarian when needed. Speaks to other orgs and families.
(9) RNMC Vice President- Has all duties, responsibilities, and authority over the club in President's absence. He is responsible for coordinating all committees appointed by the president and acts as a buffer between members and president.
(8) Treasurer- Manages account for the club and advises the President on all matters regarding finances.
(7) RNMC RD CAPT- Responsible for club runs, club events. Researches and plans the route. Overall authority on club rides.
(6) RNMC SGT AT ARMS- Head of Security, responsible for making sure laws and bylaws of the family are being followed. Direct bodyguard to the President and or Vice President.
(5) RNMC ENFORCER- Makes certain that all the rules are followed and protects patch members and the reputation of the household in any type of conflicts, assists all members of the household in combat of any type that is needed.
(4) RNMC PATCHMEMBER - Fully initiated member of the gang, ranking member in the gang's structure
(3) RNMC PROSPECT-Someone who has stated clear intention of becoming a full patch member of the club.
(2) RNMC Chaplain: Called upon for weddings, events and or funerals.
(1) RNMC Supporter: Not interested in becoming a fully patched member, usually donates to family and often attends family rides.
Rough Neck M/C Rules:
1. NO GOING ANTI AFK OR KILLING AFK PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE !!!! THIS IS AN INSTANT KICK OUT OF FAMILY IF YOU DO THIS !!!
2. ALL MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY MUST HAVE BODYCAM ACTIVE WHEN AFKING IN HOUSE OR WHEN ON FAMILY BUSINESS! *SEE ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR A PROGRAMME*
3. When borrowing a family car, do not leave illegal items in the trunk or leave the vehicle in a place or state where it may get impounded. Return them with Full gas/power. Family members that incur fines or tickets are expected to pay them back at 2x the fine/ticket price.
4. No Sexual Harassment/Racial slurs under any circumstances.BE KIND TO EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY EMAIL
5. Members must pay whatever membership dues are agreed upon at the time at time this is 15% of each paycheck is taken and donated to the Family for its collaborative investments.
6. Assisting other family members when they need help is encouraged.
7. When joining the Discord Please change your name to your IC name or ask someone to do it for you.
8. Use EMAIL VC for out of game communication use only, it is against the rules of the city to do otherwise.
9.As part of the M/C you must join the Club of interest and participate if able in the daily/hourly tasks and Every 4hr race.
10. As part of the family you are expected to participate in the daily family quest of Play Back 4 Hours each day that you are in Los Santos. Please start this quest as soon as you log in after the previous day's Tsunami. We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to spend time in the city for 4 hours a day, and that's fine, but if you turn it on as soon as you fly in it increases your chances of completing the quest.
