Rules for filling complaint by Mazhor says videos should be uploaded to YouTube but this guy uploaded it in streamable isn't it breaking that rule? Why didn't you guys reject it?

ID 58805 is my friend, it's 4 am in our country he will be sleeping IRL now 6 hours is not sufficient for him to submit the POV, can you give him more time, he have school too. Try to understand his situation and the bodycam is also not uploaded to YouTube and it's breaking rule for filling complaints.
