2. Why do you want to be a leader of this organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I would like to be leader of Bloods because I have been in the city for awhile now, and I feel through my experience I can lead Bloods with 0 warnings and bring them to the top. I've been HC enough times to see mistakes they have made and how I can improve them. Many gangs fail to lead up on rules they set like kicking and demoting for not coming to events, I will work to improve that in Bloods to make sure everyone takes me and my HC seriously. I would like to work on having the best turf team and to get 100% on turfs just like everyone else, however I will make sure it happens with the best turf deputy I can find along with several turf HC to make sure everything runs smoothly. Bloods is a powerful gang I've experienced it first hand as deputy, I will work hard to make sure I have HC that are not only active but know all the rules to have the best term possible.
2. Becoming Bloods leader, I would be able to show everyone that we are a step above LEOs and that we own them not the other way around. To show them that gang life is the way to become known in the city, and to be apart of a smaller but stronger group of people. I will work on making sure that everyone has fun and enjoys their time in the gang as I have had in my time in gangs. Know that I have learned everything I have, I feel it's my time to become leader show I can show everyone how far I've come and what I'm capable of. This goes along with me taking Bloods and higher up the chain than ever before.
3. I would also make sure Bloods are known throughout the city for having a fair set of HC but strict when they need to be. Knowing everyone has a chance in the gang if they know the rules. As long as you are pulling up to events I will give rankups and bonuses to everyone. I will teach new players rules and making sure that anyone could be a HC as long as they are active and know the rules. Gang is about having fun and I feel some leaders recent terms haven't been doing that so if I became leader it is one of the many things I would to do stand out from leaders, past or current.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
1. I will make sure everyone knows the rules before being invited and if you do well you can receive rankuos right away.
2. Making sure all my HC know what to do in case of an issues with rulebreaks involving other gangs.
3. I will make sure all my members know what to do in any situation that could help prevent them from trouble with LEOs or Gods.
4. I will make sure all my members receive bonuses for coming to events and big contributions
5. I will strive to get as many turfs as possible and show we are the strongest gang
6. Having many families come together to make the best possible RP situations that we can.
