A. I've been working since Gabi's term, started as a cadet, and got trained, promoted till I was chosen to be high command in LSPD, all of this happened step by step, and lastly, I became the temporary leader.
B.I’m going to have 4 departments, each one has it work to improve the LSPD, and each one will have a weekly checklist to complete, failure to complete it, will receive a department strike, and the best to do it, will be getting a bonus from the chief.
HR – They will be the gate of LSPD for citizens without a job, and they will be the guide for all LSPD employees, besides, they’ll be having their bonus system, to encourage the HR team.
S.W.A.T – As a past experience S.W.A.T unit, I see that S.W.A.T should take the priority for all events, meaning of this, S.W.A.T will be the most important department in the events, and this leads, that they will get a special training, either attacking or defending the situation, and in additional, they’ll have a bonus system.
Detectives – They’ll be collecting evidence to assist F.I.B in gang /family raids, and inform LEO’s prior occurrence of suspicious activities, and for the evidence they’ll be getting, they’ll be receiving a bonus.
Parking Enforcement – They’ll be towing all the illegally parked cars, and its their responsibility to have the streets clean out of empty cars, in additional to do this, they’ll not be doing main LSPD work, their job is just to tow cars, and they’ll having a bonus system.
C.I’ll be increasing the activity of LSPD, make sure that we always have units on the streets, responding to the 911 calls and to all the robberies and situations.
3.I’ll maintain to have good relations with gang leaders and to make sure that any issue will be solved IC’ly instead of disbanding each other and decreasing roleplay of entire server, and I’ll be planning RP scenarios and increase the overall RP experience of each and every player and make it enjoyable to all players.
