2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
-I have been Playing in City from Over a Year and i hope that have been grabbed lots of experience in city and i have also leader a Unofficial org The Blood Brothers I have a lot of experience in crime section and even in Gangs Specially Bloods was The First Gang which I joined when i came into the city me and my entire family was in Bloods at that time and we had a lot of Good Times in Bloods i was Even Deputy of Vagos after that and i have been in almost of gangs and Ghetto is just like my second house , Thats why i want to lead a One of the Most Reputed Gang in City Bloods Street Gang
- As I already told before i have been leader of an Unofficial org for more than 7months and I have the leadership quality so I also know how what issues one leader confront what are the major issues with the people and what are the exact needs of people and I am sure If i get the leadership I will surely lead the org for full 30days and make it the best org in city again as after last 2 Terms the Reputation of Bloods have been spoiled so I would be looking forward how can i increase it again and making the Gang at Top Again and Do full 30 days of Term as A Leader
- The Main Issue that happened with last two Terms was Lots of Mass Rule Breaks and Lots of Lack of Activity and If I get a chance to become leaders of Bloods I will make sure that this wont Happen Because I will create a Difficult system of Promotion of Gang Members and Only Professional Players those who have Lots of Experience in City and Same applies to my HC team Only Gang Experience Professionals i will be taking in my High-command so that especially they don't break Rules and also not let other fam members break the rules and also For the issue which is lack of Activity i would Select High Commands from All Time zone For Example All of my 4 will be from Different Time zones So that during Early morning and Late Night Time also Gang remains active where other gangs fail to remain active And in this how I Will solve the lack of Inactivity Issues with the Gang.
3. Your Advice In Improving Roleplay Level In Organization.
1. Doing collaboration with other gangs and doing some events together against State Org such as FZ Raid
2. Making State Leaders such as Governor , FIB Director as Hostage and Doing a Quality RP with Leos
3. Following each and every rules and Hiring Professionals who are capable to do Quality RP during any situations
Goals for Gangs
1.100% Spray and Turf
2.Attending All Events with Full quantities
3.Ending Term with No Gang Punishments
