I know it's allowed to take loot from FZ but don't know about that Gang can attack on another gang while doing FZ- any bandits are supposed to kill legal orgs - bloods trying to fail ballas FZ - don't know whether it's allowed or not.

Only looting is allowed RDM and killing not allow on fz base
