to be honest and fair its the most stupid nonexisting rule ever and i wish admins would obey by the UB rule for this, no one should be able to "type" in a department chat while being held hostage its UB, i can only see this happening over Radio so its more realistic, why have a UB rule if u dont even obey by it also nick rune said this shouldn't be a thing people do when being held hostage, but nick runew isn't here now and ppl make up ghost rule for this
