Rejected Warn appeal for shooting outside the city | Sosa Lavish

Hello, I'm usually not the guy that complaints or appeals over any punishments cause usually they are 100% correct and I'm asking for it, making me a hypocrite if I was to appeal the warnings/punishments, but in this case it was just wrong and unnecessary, I was passing through the ghetto near the weapons factory bridge, when I saw someone gettting robbed, I went close to see if I knew the guy getting robbed to decide If I would help him or not, the guys robbing started shooting immediately which made me reverse and find cover and a spot to shoot them back, that spot was the bridge, which was like 100 feet from them and like 30 feet from a freaking ghetto graffiti, they were the ones who shot first, which I been told since the beginning of my GRP days that, if people are shooting me I can defend myself and shoot back if I so desire whether in the ghetto or in the city, they shooting me is reason enough for me to shoot back, I don't understand why some Admins have to demorgan first and then ask for a forum complaint instead of paying attention to whats going on in front of them, and not take wrong conclusions without knowing the full story, and to top it off, I had 1 warning with 1 day left to be over, which turned into 14 days basically, I take all my punishments gladly when they are deserved, but this one was not, and I assume Sosa has a POV to back it up, Im the guy in the P1, you'll see me getting shot before I even got out of the car in the first place.

If it gets accepted I would appreciate that both my warnings get taken out, since with the server restart today morning I would be warnings free, if it doesn't, eh, I get it, life ain't fair, I'll do my time with no problem, hope you guys can see the situation how it happened, and I guess Mr. Sosa probably saw his POV after and noticed I'm not in the wrong there, everybody makes mistakes, I understand, even you guys, what makes you different from the rest is how you fix them, thanks for the reading once again!

Although it was not an event, I was recording, I had shadow play turned on, with 3 mins of recording, actually something that I never did cause my fps's would drop dramatically, been optimizing the settings etc and yesterday was actually the first time I had shadow play on for a few hours, I was going to save the video as soon as I got demorganed, but not having the habit of saving shadow plays, only start and end recordings for events with normal recording, I started to argue with Sosa regarding the punishment, forgetting to save shadow play, and 3 plus minutes had gone by, which made me lose the actual situation, the Screenshot above is taken from the first frame of the shadow play, anything behind it was lost, I don't mind waiting for the issue to be solved, I would appreciate if you could give a look to Mr. Sosa's POV which will show exactly what I said that happen, and I'm sure he will gladly show it, I'm not trying to deny Mr Sosa's punishment, I was indeed shooting in the city, which I was not even aware, just tried to get a good position, and the bridge was optimal since it had cover and was high ground, but I had a reason to do so, since those guys were not only robbing people but shot me and my car first, which I've been told since forever that is reason enough for me too shoot back, wherever it may be, excluding GreenZones of course. Hope you understand my case, thanks for the reading Alex.
