In My Opinion and According to the server rules, it's forbbiden to talk about a country and mention it in a bad way and also it is forbbiden to talk about other religion, and racisim could be ban for 7-30Days ban, but i think that metioning a religion should be a blacklist since relgion is a sensitive topic!
