I saw this officer which is on-duty which was not undercover as you can see him wearing a police vest on.

I spoke with an Admin and he said yes you can report him for that , so I wanted this to get approved as this man should not been wearing
a personal mask while on duty.

1.10 All state organization must not wear a mask on duty. (Exceptions are special forces of following organizations: FIB / LSPD / SAHP / USSS / NG - which are allowed to use on duty ONLY masks available in Warehouse of their organization).
