2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
"I want to be the leader of this organization as I have a lot of experience in the gang and LEO scene. I have
been in high command in every gang and LEO organization except NG and EMS. I have been a deputy in Ballas, Families and
Bloods hence why I think it is time for me to be the leader of bloods as I was once a deputy. Since I have a lot of experience in gangs and
LEO organizations I can use that knowledge to help those who are new to gangs and also use it to ensure Bloods
don't get a lot of warnings".
"I have experience as a leader so I know how to approach some situations differently than people who are new to leadership.
I use to lead Ballas and it lasted for about 25 days, I made some mistakes that caused me to end Ballas, and if I was to get Bloods,
I would try to not repeat those mistakes again and do a full-term"
"I would like to change a few ranks and get a good amount of HC in all time zones to ensure activity is good and LEOs have something
to do"
"I was recently a 00 agent in FIB and noticed how much LEO complain about not enough gang activity. If I was to get bloods I would
do the weekly checklist like usual and focus on hostage situations and stores and try to achieve one simple goal: Terrorist organization"
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
"I would do challenges to get more people in the organization involved instead of being "AFK". Some of these might include
most kills in clandestine throughout the day win $200,000"
"I would get my HC team and myself to make sure no one is breaking the rules and if so, they will be punished accordingly and also
told of the rule they broke"
I have some goals that I would to achieve as my time as leader and these include:
- Have the same rivalry as old bloods and ballas used to have.
- Have the most gang activity in the ghetto than any other gang.
- I would like to have 50% turf.
- Try to be the most dominant in Battleship and Clandestine.
- Get terrorist org
