If you watch closely within the video at timestamp 0:32 my family member (ID: 19357) was conducting an ATM robbery and issued the uploader demands to leave the area and gave a five second count down. After not leaving within that time at timestamp 0:37 you can hear my family member say over his radio "Shoot her V shoot shoot" and the uploader begins getting shot at first and then attempts to leave.
This does not break general rules 6.15 - When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. My family member engaged in RP and gave us the order to shoot.
She was given demands we were actively set up in a situation prepared to shoot people only after demands were given by our family member who knows to give a rightful demand for people to leave the area anyway especially since he did have an RP reason to do so.
