Reviewed Complaint handled incorrectly.

Dear Mazhor,

I made a complaint yesterday on forum DE02 regarding an offense committed by an unofficial family.
As you can clearly see in my POV, the family commits several crimes. For inexplicable reasons, I am forced to upload a longer video, although my "clip" corresponds to the template presented in the forum.

1. POV is not mandatory outside of events.

2. Not every computer has enough memory for long POV's

3. Why doesn't the affected family upload anything that should have happened before.

You can clearly see in this Screenshot how Deci says at 19:08
"Your guys report Public Enemy, there are 4 in the car (your guys) they are told 'get out or there's a bang' and they drop all 4 cool "sayings" and drive on"

You can clearly see and hear that this sentence comes from my friend "Paco Sensei ID35728". Thereupon this is not answered and the drive under my G class (Fail RP).
Deci didn't look at it properly and thought that this sentence came from those in the gray car.

On the basis of this false justification, she rejected my complaint!

The guys from Public Enemy clearly broke several rules as a family and therefore had to collect their "Family Warn" for it.

For me as a player, this is beneath all dignity, that a family is preferred here again and is not sanctioned for a clear offense!
This admin work cannot be tolerated in this way and does not correspond to justice.

Dear Mazhor justice should be capitalized and the admins should handle all complaints neutrally.
That ruins the fun of the game and you don't feel treated fairly.

Hello LeyPo,

you forgot to mention that you cutted the Video to the specific time where others can't see how You and your Guys break the rules just to make this Ticket.

*Thats why Deci Nandez wanted a longer Video of the Situation she did nothing wrong rather have more Informations than handle the Situation wrong but you guys did not follow her request since you guys would've gotten an Family Warn.

You try to Bait us since we got Unoff, I don't understand why you even try to provoke us you guys cried that the Events are boring, even your Leader said he wants to have us back in the Events now you guys are mad at us for no reason because you start losing Events, Members and idk what else.

Its just cringe how you try to get our Unoff Removed but your Guys are also not the kindest of the State.

*also you guys don't even Support RolePlay actions like we wanted to do. You and Your Guys rather disconnect in a RolePlay Situation and then cut to a specific time where people can't see what actually happened.

This is exactly how a legal system works, you bring evidence and act on it.
You throw accusations and cannot prove any of the same. Upload a "POV" if you think everything happened that way.
I have made a report with evidence of your offenses.
If this is not punished, this is not fair at all and shows all players here on the server that they are judged and sanctioned at their own discretion and not according to the rules.
You decide with which face the judgment should be fair or not fair.

Nabend,

ich habe mir das Video angesehen und mit dem ausführenden Administrator gesprochen.
Die Supersportler fahren derartig langsam das dies nicht Sanktioniert wird, wenn diese Supersportler dort über Berge Springen etc dann wird das natürlich Sanktioniert.
Ebenfalls könnte man von euch aus Failrp Sanktionieren was aber genauso eine kleinigkeit wäre.
Desshalb ist die Beschwerde hiermit abgelehnt.
