You see this is the POV of me where I was shot at from the roof, I shoot back to defend

I never shot first.

Then the car pulls up behind me shoots me first in the back, I shoot back second

Then the yellow car pulls up and shoots at me first, I died.

Why am I getting in trouble for GR 6.15 when I shoot second to defend always.
