Chris, Approved - Mass Rule Brake | 40279 , 36572 in this thread one of my friend got ban for revolver like this. These revolver reduxs are forbidden, bigger than normal revolver and luminous, and when he using this redux, he can see everyone with that luminous big revolver. its giving advantage to him.
and for the General Rule 4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage.(Disabling drug`s effect, hacks, bots etc.) | Ban 60 days . Like you see, rule saying "any advantage". Thank you.

The skin I use is not that big, you can download and see the same, make sure I know these issues better than you

I know the skin used by the person in the forum you shared, it is at least as big as the heavy sniper and the one I use is not bigger than necessary, if it was forbidden I would know for sure
