bro you can refer to your admin friends that you should allow those who came to start the raid .And you can warn them if they remain in your property later he/she knows that they can't start the raid. If you are stopping them from starting the raid, that is also a violation of rules. And here she is leaving when she get to know that she can't start the raid. So you are the one who started this situation and then her family members/friends finished it.

Your dead friend there was talking while she was dead , then 2-3 members of your family were looting in a gunfight and at last 2 another people were spitting on the dead bodies

And for you clarity check your POV itself those guys who are looting are not getting shots and the last guy looted the guns of your friend who is dead and there is no one from you family is in gun fight with them so they can loot.
