Hello I am the one that Cuffed this player and would like to post my side of the story:

During the gang raid I was with another player, they asked me to patch this player up while they cover me, I cuffed them up first because I thought they were a gang member and patching them up before cuffs would allow them to get up and fire upon us, as soon as I realised my mistake I was about to uncuff the player thats when they decided to quit the game.

I understand the mistake i've made and it will not happen again
