government has not had lawyers available on 17/10 for multiple hours of the day. as it is stated in state rules 2.12 they should have lawyers available

at all times? no, but throughout the entire day there was not a single lawyer available. my pov clearly shows hours of failed attempts to reach doj in a timely manner, or at all. from 15:00 to 21:00. 6 entire hours.

when we read 10-15s their miranda rights, we say "if you do not have an attorney one will be appointed to you". the government is not upholding their responsibilities. it is not just 1 or 2 minor case of no lawyer available at odd times. there is no lawyer for most of the day and during prime city time

Upon reviewing this evidence i have decided to Reject this report
No punishment will be given for State rule 2.12 there is no need for the 2 lawyers to be online always. The rule states that the gov should have atleast 2 lawyers in organization.​
