Ok this is my last time trying to explain this simple thing to you, when you do NOT follow the procedure, it is not arrest or detainment, it is kidnapping, which is not allowed by the green zone rules. If this was outside of the green zone, still not allowed for him because it is not in his BIO. When you get a corrupt bio, you still have to follow the procedures UNLESS it is mentioned in the BIO itself. This is the system we have in our server and this is how its been since forever. What is so hard to understand? I don't even know why you are here defending him.

What I am trying to do in the server is NOT "basic" RP. If you guys are fond of that kind of RP maybe join gangs. You can kidnap and rob as much as you like.

He wasnt kidnapped. he was detained by law enforcement. it only later due to the process of RP turned into a "turn left or turn right" situation. he was cuffed and detained in the first instance with every intention of going to DOC. it only later changed course due to the narrative of the RP situation.
