Rejected Game crashed while in an RP scenario, I logged back in immediately to find i was warned and jailed for 180 minutes...

I was in an rp scenario and someone crashed into the cars that were nearby me, and my game crashed, I logged back in immediately but i got warned and jailed for 180 minutes, i understand the warning but would like to be out of jail so i can play please, i wasnt my fault my game crashed. I had a feeling i'd be reported so i did take a screenshot of the crash.
