Hi guys my name is Sanguine I am currently Chief of HRT and Deputy Head of IA with the SAHP and previous Captain of LSPD where I was Deputy Head of Field Training Department, and I was also NCO of NG where whilst there even though I was only rank 16 I was Deputy Head of Airforce, Head of USM and Senior member of Military Police so when it comes to paperwork and leadership I am your man! I do everything by the book and do not take kindly to rulebreakers or people who dick around we are here to work and have fun and you can have both with me in charge but also a place where rules will be top priority.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I would like to be leader of SAHP is because I have always been in paperwork HC roles be it training, IA, HR, Air Training, Arrest Warrants so I feel like I have what it takes to bring this org back and make it not just a safe place of work but an efficient workhorse where we attend ATM's, Store Robberies, Subs, anything within our jurisdiction quickly and efficiently with PROPER Role Play none of this oh I didn't know or I messed up no every unit and HC's will be trained or should know exactly what to do.
1. As above I would bring back proper Role Play and have everyone trained in the rules both city and SAHP rules to make sure every event, every arrest EVERTHING is done down to the T so there is no way things can go wrong and if they do they will have little chance of doing it again as long as the punishment is not to severe then that will be on me!
2. I will bring in some great events for the city and the org so not only will we continue to do the mandatory city events but also in house events to keep morale high if and when applicable, Will also try and cater divisions for those who really want to do the work and make sure they are helped and not just being pushed to the heavens in work.
3. I will make training/work fun by improvising benefits IE how many arrests you do, ATM's you stop, how many tows you do etc by bringing in incentives not only should it make people want to do their job but also stay. I will also implement weekly promotions by awarding those who are putting their top yards in as to give thanks.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advices for improving Role Play level will come from my own experience never having a single warning or verbal so I would make sure each and every officer in what ever division knows first and foremost the Role play comes first!! Be you arresting, towing, hostage situations be you getting robbed or a hostage yourself Role Play is number 1 so it will literally be drilled into everyone's head and those that go against that will be fired and blacklisted on the spot if the admins have not got them first.
