In the pov shown i clearly was shot at first
The officer on the scene ran into GZ MID gun fight + at the end PG with opening PDA while having a gun in his hand . But only i get punished for no reason

How does he get Warn for shooting back at a cop who shot first?
Also, that officer ran into green grass and pulled out a PDA with a gun.
